There are no registration fees and no minimum deposit required to open an account.
Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 97 PKR Game. This requirement applies to all users regardless of which payment method they use or which games they intend to play. If we have reason to believe an account was opened by someone under 18, the account will be closed and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with the platform rules.
No. Each person is permitted one account only. Multiple accounts — even if registered with different mobile numbers — are against the platform rules. All duplicate accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you have trouble accessing an existing account, contact support rather than creating a new one.
On the

This works as long as your registered mobile number is still active. If you no longer have access to that number, contact support directly.
After multiple consecutive incorrect password entries, the platform temporarily locks the account as a security measure. This protects against unauthorised access attempts. The lock lifts automatically after a short cooldown period. If the lock does not clear on its own or you believe someone else was attempting to access your account, contact the support team immediately.
Basic identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed. This typically involves confirming your name and CNIC details match your registered account information. Completing this early — before you actually need to withdraw — avoids any delays when you are ready to cash out. The process is straightforward and usually resolves within a few hours.
Deposits & Payments

Raast transfers are also generally very fast. Bank transfers can take a few minutes, occasionally longer during late nights or bank holidays. 97 PKR Game does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank — may apply their own standard transaction charges. First, wait five minutes — occasional network delays can cause a brief lag between the payment provider confirming the transaction and your account balance updating. If it still has not reflected, go to your account transaction history and check for a pending entry. If nothing appears, contact support at

Withdrawals

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during normal operating hours. Raast transfers are usually similar. Bank transfers to a standard Pakistan bank account may take up to one business day, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Requests submitted late at night or over public holidays may take slightly longer to process on the receiving end.
Yes, both minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and vary by payment method. The exact figures are shown on the
Withdrawal page at the time you make your request. The minimum is set low enough to be practical for all players. If your available balance is below the method's minimum, consider whether there are any pending bonus wagering requirements that need to be met first.
Extended pending times can occur if your account identity verification has not been completed, if there is an outstanding bonus wagering requirement on your balance, or if the request was flagged for a routine security check. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 6 hours without any update or notification, contact support with your withdrawal reference number and they can check the exact status and reason.
For JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals, the receiving wallet should match the account details on your 97 PKR Game profile. Withdrawals to unregistered third-party numbers are not permitted as a fraud prevention measure. If a match is abandoned before a result is reached by the official governing body's rules, most pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account balance. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity window, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your account. In most cases, if you request a withdrawal while an active bonus wagering requirement is incomplete, the bonus portion of your balance will be forfeited and only your real money balance will be released for withdrawal. Cashback is a percentage of your net losses over a defined period that is returned to your account as a bonus. The cashback rate increases with your VIP tier.
